You offer a Lite and Pro version, but only one version is listed in checkout. Why?

A

We offer two versions of each product: a Lite and a Pro versions. The Lite version is free of charge, and only the Pro version is listed in the checkout page.

The download process and the installer file for either version is the same, but the software itself is switched to Lite mode if the license key is (1) not available, (2) not activated or (3) expired (i.e. post-trial period).

In order to unlock the Pro-only features permanently, you'd need to purchase a Pro version (i.e. License key) listed on our checkout page.
