Using your e-mail account at your college or university, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a discount coupon/voucher. The coupon/voucher has a unique code and can be used only once. The voucher is active for 30-days, after which you will need to contact us again to get a new voucher.
To use the voucher, enter the discount voucher code in the checkout stage of your order and the discount will be applied.

Currently, we do not provide hard copies on CDs. Our add-ins are electronically delivered via download. After you purchase the add-in, we will send you an email with the issued license key and a link to download the program. You may download the add-in at any time from our download area.

We offer two types of licenses: Perpetual and Annual Subscription:

- Annual license - Your license is valid for one full-year. You get all minor updates and major upgrades for free.

- The name the product will be licensed to.
- Your billing address and your delivery address, if different.
- Name, phone and fax number of the contact person for your order.
- The e-mail address to which the order confirmation and invoice should be sent, and your e-mail delivery address, if different.

We accept nearly all payment methods. You can pay using any major credit cards, cheque, Bank / Wire transfer, or order by fax.
You can install the add-in on one computer, e.g your work PC, home PC, or laptop.
Once the license key is activated, it is locked to this computer. To use the add-in with the same license key on a different computer, you must first uninstall the add-in and deactivate the license key on the current computer.
