We value all feedback we receive from our customers and do all we can to address them immediately. You can submit your suggestions and claims 24/7 by phone or email.
For any defect, please use our help desk system 24/7, and our support team will investigate accordingly.
You can file a bug report by using the self-service support center or simply emailing us at support@spiderfinancial.com. In either case, a new issue will be created in our help desk support system, and you can track it from your account with us.
In any case, please report as much detail as possible, for instance:

License Agreement
Early on, NumXLi started as freeware to entice early adopters (i.e. users) to use our product(s) and help us gain visibility, gather information and feedback from our users to further improve the product, and position our product competitively from other providers.
As the product grew in coverage, we opted to introduce the commercial version of NumXL. Nevertheless, we continue to offer our users several core functionality features for free as part of the NumXL Lite version.
YES, You may distribute the setup executable electronically for download, on optical media, magnetic media, or any other form of distribution as long as it complies with the End User License Agreement.
Customer Service
Yes, premium product support is offered to customers at no additional charge for 1 year after purchase date. After that, customers may purchase premium support separately.

All registered users have a password which works like any login password. Passwords help ensure that someone does not masquerade as another editor. Editors should use a strong password to avoid being blocked for bad edits by someone who guesses or "cracks" other users' passwords.
As a rule of thumb, a password that is reasonably long, with a mix of upper and lowercase letters and numbers, and not mostly made up of dictionary words or names or personal information (date of birth, cat's name, etc), is likely to be reasonably strong for everyday use.
